Multiple airbags were stolen from several Honda vehicles at Puerta del Sol Of Kendall last Wed September 19, 2018. According to residents, there was no security at the time of the robbery. HOA president, Amelia Garcia Guevara, in an interview with Univision 23, did not give assurance of being able to access camera footage. This incident raises many questions: Where was security at the time of the robbery? Do security cameras work? Why is the community being left at the mercy of thieves? Residents of Puerta del Sol Of Kendall should contact their board of directors immediately and demand an answer. Board of directors is elected to work for owners and residents and it's ultimately responsible for keeping the community safe. The case is still under investigation. Recently, we have received reports from neighbors at Puerta Del Sol Of Kendall whose cars paint have been stained by sprinkler water. Some sprinklers in our community are incorrectly oriented, and this allows hard/oily water to be sprayed on our car paint leaving a colored film of oil deposits. Has this happened to you also? If so, please reach out to management and let them know that you have been affected by this. Please fix our sprinklers!
